COMPETITOR PUMP UP & BACKSTAGE POLICY:

Limited resistance bands and dumbbells will be available.

Competitors are welcome to bring their own pump-up equipment.

Backstage space is limited - only competitors and volunteers will be allowed in the backstage/pump-up area.
STAGE WALK & ROUTINES

Competitors will use house music supplied by the Promoters for their stage walks.

Props are not allowed.

Bodybuilding | Classic Physique

Each competitor performs a 60-second routine to the music of their choice.

Routine is not part of the scoring process.

MP3 or MP4 File format. No other file format or links will be accepted.

If no music is provided by the deadline, house music will be used.

TANNING, HAIR & MAKEUP

Show preferred tanning, hair and makeup services will be provided by W-Right Rayz

POLYGRAPH TESTING

Polygraphs will be conducted at the host hotel on Friday, August 29th between 8am and 9pm
-
Promoter will email entrants polygraph schedule appointments 1 week before the show date. Those coming from more than two hours away will be given later appointment priority.

Polygraph fee is $55 - cash payment directly to the polygrapher at the time of appointment.

Polygraph testing is required for all competitors. Results from recent polygraph exams performed for other NANBF contests are honored, if within 45 days.

Photo identification is required.

It's the competitors’ responsibility to ensure they are polygraph tested for the event.
URINALYSIS
-
The top two place winners in each category are required to provide urine samples.
-
Samples will be collected immediately following awards and available until the completion of the show.

It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event.

If competitors do not provide samples they will be disqualified.

ALL pro qualifier 1st and 2nd place winners will be sent. Others will be a random sampling based on the size of the show.
